I have an NTSC - US 3ds console and it worked great untill a year ago. I was trying to download a demo from Nintendo e-shop but i was always getting error code 007-7004 if i chose the 'download now' option and the same error code if i chose the 'download later' option. This problem has been there eversince..I can not even update my purchased games. I have Pokemon Y (ver 1.3) and when i try to update from the e-shop i am getting error code 007-7004 all the time. I dont see any parcels at all, just getting this annoying message. If i try to update the game from the main menu, i can see a bar filling up and it says 'updating' but after a few seconds i am getting error code 009-7004.

I have contacted Nintendo several times and followed every single instruction they offered without success. I am always keeping my console updated, i have a 100% compatible sd card, formatted the device, even changed my ISP (!!!) and the issue still persists! To make matters worse, the official Nintendo service representative here in Greece has parted ways with Nintendo so i have no place to take my console for a look up..When i last contacted Nintendo, their response was to call them (which i did, and they did not manage to find a solution - again! ) or send my console for repair (which is impossible for the reason i mentioned earlier in this post).
So, now, i have my console sitting as i practically can't use it. Still no help from Nintendo or any solution of any kind and i am on the verge of smashing my poor 3ds with a hammer.

The handheld nature of the Nintendo Switch means that transferring data from one to the other seems like it would be a handy feature. Unfortunately, Nintendo keeps a pretty tight leash on the data.
If anyone has got any solution to this or can suggest something, i will be extremely grateful.
If i keep having this issue i will just throw it away.
One of the rather puzzling decisions that Nintendo made for its brand-new Switch console was the save game data. Rather than letting you transfer your hard-earned Zelda quest data from one device to another, your saves are supposed to be tied to the device.
“On Nintendo Switch, game save data is stored on the console’s System Memory,” Nintendo’s own website says. “This will not change whether downloadable software or software from a game card is being played. Game save data cannot be saved or copied to a microSD card.”
But as it turns out, Nintendo might have left a loophole in there, and not told anyone about it.

A Reddit user recently sent his Switch in for repair, and received a different console back from Nintendo. But contrary to his expectations, the save game data came along for the ride:
https://interiorsever960.weebly.com/blog/student-of-the-year-songs-download. So today i got home, first thing i did was to grab the big brown box from Nintendo. I opened it, booted up the switch aaand my account was intact. To be sure i went and checked my storage, it said that it was all empty. A bit dissapointed i thought, let me atleast boot up Zelda. So it needed an update. While it was updating, however, i saw an icon what looked like downloading from a cloud.
So full of hope i start my game, and there was my saves are intact!
I can confirm Nintendo can actually transfer your data to a new device. House of leaves free ebook.

From the sounds of things, it’s a Nintendo cloud data transfer tied to your account, rather than a physical transfer of data. It’s unclear if it’s possible to do this kind of transfer on your own, or if Nintendo has to pull switches behind the scenes. But either way, it’s reassuring that if you have to send your Switch in for repair — say, if the Joy-Cons are having some kind of mysterious issues! — all your work finding those shrines isn’t lost.
